Expensive lump sum recruitment costs are a thing of the past with clear.
 
clear provides recruitment solutions for permanent positions with remuneration above $50,000 base salary per annum.
 
When you engage clear to recruit for a position, the initial fee is one percent of remuneration. This covers the costs of internet advertising, as well as the option of independent, outsourced candidate background checks.
 
These checks include;
 
  1. employment history (previous 5 years)
  2. employment references (maximum of 3)
  3. educational qualifications (highest)
  4. criminal history check (also known as a police check)
  5. entitlement to work
 
Once a candidate is placed, our placement fee is twelve percent, evenly spread out over the initial twelve months - one percent a month, for one year.
 
Our clients only pay each month if the person selected remains in place.
